Director Jin Bingyi has long been engaged in foreign-related commercial legal business, and his team has won the title of Excellent Corporate Commercial Law Firm in Eastern Coastal China (Shanghai) for consecutive years.

On April 28, 2014, the Shanghai Putuo Merger and Acquisition Financial Cluster was officially established and became a key project for Putuo's development of modern service industry. At the same time, as a representative of the People's Congress, Director Jin Bingyi conducted research and sorting of supporting regulations and policies for the Putuo Merger and Acquisition Financial Cluster. Together with his team members, he invested a great deal of time and effort to offer suggestions for the construction of the Merger and Acquisition Financial Cluster. At the 7th meeting of the 15th Putuo District People's Congress, Director Jin submitted a "Research Report on Supporting Regulations and Policies for the Putuo Merger and Acquisition Financial Cluster" to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, which received attention from the district government and relevant departments.

Director Jin Bingyi has long been hired as a member of the district government's legal advisory team, actively participating in the resolution of petitions and contradictions, and solving problems raised by petitioning masses. In recent years, thanks to Director Jin's efforts, several long-standing petition cases have been successfully resolved. In addition to participating in free legal aid cases at the district legal aid center, he also led colleagues from the firm to partner with three community committees including Haixin Community Committee of Changfeng Subdistrict, regularly providing legal consultation services to community residents, which received unanimous praise from community residents and contributed to the harmonious development of society.
