In December 2014, the "Fudan University Law Master's Employment Guidance Blue Book" (2014 Edition) sponsored by our firm was officially published. Runyi Law Firm has always attached great importance to the growth process of young legal professionals, hoping this Blue Book will help the new generation of legalprofessionals further understand the employment prospects of the legal profession.

Director Jin Bingyi, as a Class of 2001 alumnus, introduced several alumni to the Fudan University Law Master's Association for exchange of employment experience. Combining his practice experience and entrepreneurship, Director Jin Bingyi provided his advice to law students who will enter the workplace and are interested in the lawyer direction. He emphasized that whether one wants to become a litigation lawyer or a non-litigation lawyer, the first thing is to love legal work and have a sense of responsibility; second, to enrich one's legal knowledge reserve; finally, internship experience is also quite important in the job-seeking process, after all, "practice leads to true knowledge."

The Blue Book includes sections on lawyers, civil servants, enterprises, and finance, providing detailed introductions and analyses from aspects including career profiles, internship pathways, job preparation, and alumni insights. From this book, we are also pleased to see that young legal professionals, by summarizing the experiences of predecessors, have already made long-term plans for their legal careers. We believe that young law students, as the future of the legal profession, will surely provide new impetus for the progress of the rule of law and social development.
