On August 18, 2025, the "Crafting Dreams, Putuo in Action" series event — the Changfeng "Legal护航·Steady Progress" Legal Knowledge Competition, jointly organized by the Changfeng New Village Street Federation of Trade Unions, the Changfeng New Village Street Judicial Office, and the Changfeng Lawyers' Industry Trade Union Federation, under the guidance of the Putuo District Federation of Trade Unions, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice, and the Putuo District Lawyers' Work Committee, concluded successfully.

The competition specially invited Zheng Xuan, Vice Chairman of the Putuo District Federation of Trade Unions; Wei Chao, Deputy Director of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice; Yin Hualian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Changfeng New Village Street and Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions; and Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Runyi Law Firm and Chairman of the Changfeng Lawyers' Industry Trade Union Federation, to serve as judges.

A total of 10 teams participated in the competition. Lawyers Wang Guanhua and Chao Fujuan from Runyi Law Firm, together with Lawyer Zhu Heyue from Licheng Law Firm, formed the team "Plaintiff and Defendant Are Both Me." They were well-prepared and coordinated seamlessly, performing steadily in each round, fully demonstrating the lawyers' superb professional competence and spirited competitive demeanor. After several rounds of intense competition, they ultimately won the second prize in the team category!

After the competition, Zheng Xuan, Vice Chairman of the Putuo District Federation of Trade Unions, also presented a plaque to the Changfeng Lawyers' Industry Trade Union Federation.
