1. Employees returning to Shanghai from other regions shall strictly comply with the 14-day home quarantine requirement and work from home.

2. For employees who commute via public transportation, staggered working hours shall be implemented.

3. For attorneys who are able and available to report to work, a duty roster system shall be arranged; for administrative staff, a rotating shift system shall be established.

4. Provide all employees with epidemic prevention supplies, such as masks, disposable gloves, and alcohol-free hand sanitizer gel.
