On the morning of October 17, 2025, the graduation ceremony of the 2025 training class for newly appointed community and village Party organization secretaries in Putuo District was held at the Chuxin Hall of the District Party-Mass Service Center. Li Hongzhen, member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Organization, attended and spoke.

During the ceremony, a series of important activities during the training period were reviewed. Among them, Lawyer Lin Baochun from Runyi Firm was invited to give a lecture on the topic of "Civil Code and Work Life in Communities" to interpret grassroots governance-related policies and regulations, combined with the form of "using cases to explain the law", analyzing common community issues such as neighbor disputes and marriage inheritance, injecting rule of law strength into community conflict resolution and harmonious governance.
