On November 1, 2024, the third session of "Labor Employment Salon for Key Enterprises in Xuhui District" was held at the Party-Mass Service Center of West Bund Digital Valley. Themed on "Labor and Personnel Legal Practice," the event specially invited Wang Siqi, Partner of our firm and Vice Chairman of the Corporate Legal Counsel Professional Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, as the keynote speaker, attracting nearly 50 HR and legal department heads from key enterprises in West Bund AI Tower, Modus Space and other industrial park buildings to register and participate.

During this event, Lawyer Wang Siqi delivered a special presentation titled "Labor and Personnel-Related Legal Practice" to the participating enterprise representatives. In particular, she conducted practical case analyses on hot issues of concern to enterprises, such as termination during probationary period, termination of labor relations, and risks regarding enterprise overtime issues, providing enterprise representatives with strategies for preventing and responding to labor employment legal risks, and guiding enterprises to employ legally. Lawyer Wang Siqi's presentation was widely recognized by the participating enterprise representatives and played a positive role in promoting harmonious labor relations and healthy development of employment relationships for enterprises.

After the special sharing session, enterprise representatives were also organized to visit the "West Bund Digital Valley Party-Mass Service Center." As a "base, supply place, and practice ground for emerging field Party building," the building where the center is located brings together numerous leading enterprises, large-scale enterprises, high-tech and specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises in Xuhui.
