On September 29, 2024, the Shanghai Bar Association announced that Hong Kong Des Voeux Chambers would hold an International Arbitration Cross-Examination Skills Training Camp and In-House Internship Program, offering 20 valuable spots to Shanghai lawyers. This program aims to enhance lawyers' professional skills in international arbitration and strengthen cross-border commercial dispute resolution capabilities. Against the backdrop of global economic integration, international arbitration has become an important means of resolving cross-border commercial disputes. With its deep expertise and extensive experience in international arbitration, Hong Kong Des Voeux Chambers will hold this training camp and internship program in Hong Kong from October 26 to November 1, 2024, to meet the growing demand for international arbitration professional talent.

Attorney Xi Zhengyu, Partner at Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, participated in this training camp. The course content covers various aspects of international arbitration proceedings, witness and evidence preparation, interim measures, arbitrator rights, etc., including group case studies and practical mock arbitration sessions.
