To effectively improve the legal awareness and legal knowledge level of community correction subjects, enhance their concept of seeking law when encountering matters, acting according to law, using law to solve problems, and relying on law to resolve disputes, on February 17, under the organization of Changfeng Street Judicial Office, Shanghai Runyi Law Firm conducted Two Sessions Security Stability Centralized Education and Civil Code Marriage Section Special Lecture for more than 40 community correction subjects within the jurisdiction.

The lecture focused on topics such as the establishment of marriage, divorce, and marital property system. Through case-based legal explanation combined with common problems in life, it provided key interpretations of difficult and hot topics in judicial practice such as conditions for litigation divorce, divorce cooling-off period, and division of marital property. After the lecture, Runyi lawyers engaged in interactive exchanges with the on-site community correction personnel, providing detailed answers to relevant questions raised by the on-site correction subjects.

Through the holding of this special lecture, it enhanced the legal awareness of correction subjects, enabling them to further recognize the positive significance of accepting correction education for themselves, their families, and society, and improved their awareness of observing discipline and law and sense of social responsibility.
