On the morning of September28,2022, the signing ceremony for the cooperation framework agreement and donation agreement between Shanghai Runyi Law Firm and East China University of Political Science and Law was held at the Changning campus of East China University of Political Science and Law. Deputy Director Ge Liang of the Putuo District Judicial Bureau, Director Jin Bingyi of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, Yu Xun, Director of the Social Coordination Office of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Wu Qiaofang, Dean of the International Education College attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Dean Wu Qiaofang warmly welcomed the arrival of Director Jin Bingyi and his delegation, thanked Runyi for actively giving back to society and supporting the university's development. She hoped that the International Education College and Runyi would establish deep cooperation, collaborate innovatively in education and teaching, achieve win-win cooperation, and produce fruitful results.

Director Jin Bingyi introduced Runyi's recent development and its progress and layout in the field of foreign-related commercial legal services. He stated that many members of the Runyi team are alumni of East China University of Political Science and Law and have deep feelings for the campus. He looks forward to both parties achieving new development by leveraging their respective advantages.

At the ceremony, Director Jin Bingyi signed the cooperation framework agreement with Dean Wu Qiaofang, signed the donation agreement with Director Yu Xun, and jointly unveiled the "Teaching Practice Base" of the International Education College of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Deputy Director Ge Liang of the Judicial Bureau emphasized in his speech that it is highly necessary for the International Education College to pioneer cooperation with a law firm and create a new platform for cultivating foreign-related legal talents. Jurisprudence is a highly practical discipline, and international students have practical needs. This is also an important channel and window for spreading China's socialist legal system and rule of law thoughts. Runyi is a very distinctive firm in foreign-related matters. He hopes that both parties will share resources in the future, promote deeper development of cooperation and exchanges, and advance the integrated construction of production, education, and research.
