Shanghai Putuo District Changfeng New Village Street has taken innovative steps in office building Party building, actively exploring new models for office building governance and successfully creating the office building Party building "4.0" upgrade. Currently, Changfeng New Village Street has established 3 building Party committees including Jintie Office Building Party Committee, Changfeng Bay Office Building Party Committee, and Global Harbor Office Building Party Committee, as well as 20 building committees including Hailiang Building, Xincheng Holdings Building A(B), and Guosheng Center, with building coverage exceeding 80%. This initiative marks the formal establishment of the shared governance and superimposed empowerment management mechanism between building Party committees and building committees.

Recently, the Changfeng Bay Office Building Party Committee jointly with the Hailiang Building Committee held a group service activity themed "Party Building Leads and Delivers Services, Closely Serving Enterprises into Office Buildings" in the lobby of Building A, Hailiang Building. Attorney Ouyang Chenpeng from Shanghai Runyi Law Firm was invited to participate, answering questions and solving problems for enterprises and employees on site, attracting nearly 400 participants.
