2020On the morning of September 27, the opening ceremony of the first "Sea of Talents, Together Writing a New Chapter" Putuo Talent Festival was held at the Shanghai International Purchasing Center. Leaders from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Putuo District Committee, District People's Congress Standing Committee, leaders of relevant key enterprises, and talent representatives from various sectors of the district attended.

At the ceremony, municipal and district leaders launched the "Putuo Talent Festival," awarded outstanding talents and leading talents in Putuo District for 2020, granted certificates to talent ambassadors and overseas talent workstations, and released 11 measures including the "Several Measures for Putuo District to Implement Shanghai's Talent-Led Development Strategy in the New Era."

In this selection, Director Jin Bingyi of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm was awarded the title of Leading Talent in Putuo District, Shanghai (19 in total in the district), and Attorney Wang Siqi was awarded the title of Young Talent in Putuo District, Shanghai (49 in total in the district).

Both attorneys stated that obtaining this honor is not only an affirmation of past work but also a greater requirement to continuously improve their professional level in future practice. As members of the Putuo District talent team, they will better contribute to achieving "double victory" in Putuo's pandemic prevention and control as well as economic and social development.
