On May 11, 2020, Ouyang Ping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Putuo District People's Congress Standing Committee, led a delegation to the District Judicial Bureau for research on optimizing the business environment and administrative litigation and government by law construction. Managing Attorney Jin Bingyi of Runyi Firm, as a member of the Putuo District People's Congress Legal Committee, participated in this research work together with district leadership members.

At the research meeting, Comrade Ouyang Ping listened to the District Judicial Bureau's work report on optimizing the business environment, administrative litigation, and government by law construction. She affirmed the bureau's work measures and achievements and put forward requirements in three aspects: 'Judicial guarantee for optimizing the business environment, balancing quality services and strict management, promoting high-quality development and actively exploring innovation.'

Managing Attorney Jin Bingyi of Runyi Firm provided insights and suggestions on how to leverage the functions of judicial administration in key areas, key parks, and key industries to help small and medium enterprises weather difficulties. This research work also achieved fruitful results through discussions among all parties.
