On May 9, 2020, the Putuo District Judicial Bureau organized a symposium on lawyer services for investment attraction. Yang Yuanfei, Deputy District Chief, attended and spoke at the meeting. Gu Yubin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Judicial Bureau, chaired the meeting. Other leaders of the District Judicial Bureau and 20 lawyer representatives from the District Lawyer Committee, District Government and Party Organs Legal Advisory Group, and District Government External Legal Consultants attended the meeting.

Director Jin Bingyi of Runyi participated in this meeting as a member of the Putuo District Government and Party Organs Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group and a legal consultant for the Putuo District Government. At the meeting, Director Jin Bingyi actively discussed with district leaders and other lawyer representatives, explored the impact on and suggestions for the development of the lawyer industry since the outbreak, and stated that in future work, they will fully leverage lawyers' positive role in serving regional economic development, and make new contributions to optimizing the business environment and investment attraction in our district with quality professional services.
