On the afternoon of December 4, 2019, the inauguration ceremony and symposium for the second session of the Putuo District Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group for Party and Government Organs was held. Huang Qingwei, member of the district committee standing committee and secretary of the political and legal affairs committee, and Yang Yuanfei, deputy head of the district, attended the meeting and presented appointment certificates to the members of the second session of the Putuo District Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group for Party and Government Organs. Zhang Wenyao, secretary of the district judicial bureau party committee and director, attended the meeting, which was hosted by Wang Hangxing, deputy director of the district judicial bureau.

The meeting made the Decision on the Appointment of the Second Session of Putuo District Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group for Party and Government Organs, and Jin Bingyi, managing partner of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, was appointed as a member of the Putuo District Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group for Party and Government Organs.

Since 2017, Jin Bingyi, managing partner, has been appointed as a member of the Leading Cadres Legal Advisory Group for Party and Government Organs for two consecutive sessions. Jin Bingyi stated that this reappointment is a recognition of his work and also serves as motivation to continue moving forward. In his future work, he will better utilize his professional legal expertise to contribute to the transformation and development of Putuo District and play a more active role in building the rule of law in Putuo.
