On March 29, 2019, the Putuo District Judicial Bureau held a work conference on implementing Party discipline and integrity, grassroots Party building, and ideology responsibility system for 2019. More than 80 people attended the meeting, including members of the bureau's Party and administrative leadership, members of the district bar industry Party committee (disciplinary inspection committee) and district bar committee, and Party branch secretaries and deputy secretaries from grassroots organizations. The meeting carried out mobilization and deployment for the '2019 Lawyer Industry Party Building Standardization Year' campaign and other work.

Managing Attorney Jin Bingyi of Runyi Firm, as Vice Chairperson of the Putuo District Bar Committee,participated in the meeting and signed the 'Putuo District Judicial Bureau 2019 Party Discipline and Integrity, Grassroots Party Building, Ideology Responsibility Agreement'. Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that she will continue to deeply study the spirit of the 19th Party Congress, earnestly fulfill the 'primary person responsible' duties, and integrate them into all aspects of daily legal work.
