On the morning of January 31, 2019, voter representatives from Runyi came to the first voting station of the 30th electoral district of Putuo District - Huashida Er Village Neighborhood Committee, to participate in the Putuo District supplementary election of district people's congress representatives.

This Putuo District People's Congress Representative by-election had a tight schedule and heavy tasks. All Runyi employees actively participated and successfully completed all stages of voter information registration, candidate nomination and deliberation, and voting election within just over 20 days.
