On January 28, 2019, the election meeting for representatives of Putuo District at the 11th Congress of Shanghai Bar Association was convened. Jin Bingyi, Managing Attorney of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, together with 117 lawyers from other law firms in Putuo District, represented 812 lawyers for the election.

Upon recommendation and nomination by various law firms and the district bar committee, solicitation of opinions from all parties, full consultation and deliberation, and upon review by the district bar industry party committee and approval by the district judicial bureau party committee,19 lawyer representatives from Putuo District, including Attorney Jin Bingyi, were elected.

Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that being honored is not only an affirmation of past work, but also a commitment to lead by example and contribute to the development of regional legal affairs!
