On May 14, 2016, Director Jin Bingyi of our office participated in the Second Meeting of the 10th Shanghai Lawyers Representative Congress, which opened at Qingsongcheng. Nearly 300 representatives from the city attended the meeting. Zheng Shanhe, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, Wang Xie, Deputy Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and related leaders from district and county judicial bureaus attended the meeting.

The morning session was chaired by Vice President Zhou Tianping of the Shanghai Bar Association. Zheng Shanhe, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, pointed out at the congress that this is the year when the 10th Bar Association has taken office, with significant responsibilities and glorious missions, having done much work for the development of the city's lawyers industry; Supervisory Board Chairman Qian Yiliang made the 2015 annual work report of the 10th Supervisory Board; Vice President Guan Jianjun explained the draft amendments to the "Shanghai Bar Association Constitution" and others.

In the afternoon, lawyers' representatives held group discussions, with eleven分会 venues set up. Director Jin Bingyi of our office engaged in lively discussions with other lawyers' representatives, summarizing their work over the past year and exchanging legal service experiences. Through this meeting, Director Jin Bingyi stated that our office will further maintain a good development trend, pay more attention to close cooperation with government units, and regulate self-discipline management more strictly.
