On December 4, 2015, Director Jin Bingyi of Runyi Law Firm, as Deputy Director of the Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee, participated in the Self-Governance, Co-Governance, Rule of Law, New Home - Wanli Street Youth Debate Invitational Competition jointly organized by the Putuo District Judicial Bureau and Wanli Street Office, serving as the final judge. The contestants in the debate final quoted classics and made brilliant remarks, winning rounds of applause from the audience.

The debate competition featured 12 teams from the Putuo District Court, Procuratorate, Public Security Branch, Wanli Community Youth Alliance Team, Youth Lawyer Representative Team, Notary Office, etc. After four rounds of 10 matches, the Putuo Youth Lawyer Team and Wanli Community Youth Alliance Team broke through numerous challenges and advanced to the final. In the final, the two teams engaged in an intense showdown on the topic of "whether improving citizens' awareness of the rule of law or moral standards is more helpful in maintaining good community order." The Putuo Youth Lawyer Representative Team remained calm and composed, with clear thinking and excellent performance, and won the championship.

Through this debate competition, Director Jin Bingyi stated that he saw the rigorous and solid legal literacy and good spiritual outlook of unity, progress, and entrepreneurship of the Putuo youth lawyers, and looks forward to seeing young legal talents contribute to the legal cause of Putuo District.
