On November 21, 2015, the Corporate and Commercial Business Research Committee where Director Jin Bingyi of our firm serves, together with the Lawyer Academy of Shanghai Bar Association, hosted the "Corporate and Commercial Forum"—Impact of Internet & Big Data on Commercial Legal Services. This forum was presented by Jiang Yong, Senior Partner of Tiantong Law Firm.

Lawyer Jiang Yong first used Tiantong's attempt in the new media field—the Tiantong Litigation Circle replacing "Tiantong Reference" as an example to explain the power of the internet in vertical field communication; and used Tiantong Open Day as an example to clarify that "openness" is the fundamental premise of the internet. Additionally, he focused on explaining the significant meaning of big data in the field of legal services, introducing Tiantong and Wusong's attempts in knowledge management and big data field such as "No Litigation Case," "No Litigation Business Card" and "Tiantong Code," highlighting the promoting role of the internet on new legal services.

As Vice Chairman of the Corporate and Commercial Business Committee, Director Jin Bingyi of our firm engaged in enthusiastic discussions with Lawyer Jiang Yong after the meeting, expressing recognition of Tiantong Law Firm's innovative services, and exchanged service experiences as law firms specialized in commercial legal services. Through this exchange and learning, Director Jin Bingyi stated that our firm also needs to learn to better build brand and serve clients by leveraging the internet and big data.
