On November 13, 2015, Runyi Firm's Party Branch held a branch meeting in the conference room to discuss and review the matter of Comrade Cai Yue, an active party applicant, converting to a probationary party member. All party members attended the meeting, which was chaired by Party Branch Secretary and Director Jin Bingyi.

Subsequently, the meeting voted and approved, unanimously passing Comrade Cai Yue's conversion application.
