On July 29, 2020, the summary meeting of the "Refuel 2020" Public Welfare Legal Service Special Activity was held in Conference Room 1 of Shanghai Bar Association. Zou Fuwen, Vice President of Shanghai Bar Association, Zhang Ming, Deputy Director of Lawyer Management Division of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, Xu Guangda, Level 4 Research Investigator of the Commerce Department of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Jin Bingyi, Director of the Enterprise Legal Counsel Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, Deputy Directors Yue Xuefei and Zhang Ling, some committee members, and representatives of assisted enterprises, nearly 30 people attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Director Jin Bingyi from Runyi Firm, as Director of the Enterprise Legal Counsel Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, discussed issues such as how to strengthen publicity efforts, enhance effective对接, and improve service standards with attendees, and stated that as the market conditions gradually return to normal, the public welfare work of all volunteer lawyers has not yet reached its end. All volunteer lawyers will comprehensively summarize their experiences, improve service levels, normalize public welfare legal services, and better serve small and medium enterprises.
