On the afternoon of April 11, 2018, the Putuo District Judicial Bureau held the 2018 Party Integrity Work Conference. More than 100 people attended the meeting, including leaders of the bureau's party and government departments and responsible persons of various grassroots party organizations.

At the meeting, a signing ceremony was held for the implementation of the 2018 responsibility system for party integrity, grassroots party building, and ideological work. Outstanding collective and individual advanced units and individuals in the 2017 Shanghai judicial administrative work (model) were commended. Among them, 64 various municipal-level or above outstanding collective honors and 57 outstanding individual honors were awarded.

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi, was honored with the title of Outstanding Individual in Shanghai Judicial Administrative Work, and as the Party Secretary of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, signed the responsibility letters for party integrity and grassroots party building.
