In February 2018, Director Lawyer Jin Bingyi from Runyi Office was appointed as Special Invited Lawyer for Putuo District's 2018 Outstanding Petition Case Special Rectification Work.

Since 2010, Director Lawyer Jin Bingyi has consecutively served as Special Invited Lawyer for Putuo District's Outstanding Petition Case Special Rectification Work for 9 years. Over the years, Director Lawyer Jin Bingyi has assisted the main leaders of the Putuo District Committee and District Government in handling key outstanding petition cases, regularly accompanied the main leaders of the Putuo District Committee and District Government to participate in petition reception activities, resolved petition conflicts, responded to and handled emergencies, and provided legal opinions.
