From March 1 to 2, 2017, Lawyers Xu Tian and Liu Linna from Shanghai Runyi Law Firm traveled to Hong Kong to attend the 2017 "Asia M&A Forum 2017". The forum was organized by International Financial Law Review (IFLR, International Financial Law Review) and co-organized by Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA, Inter-Pacific Bar Association).

The forum conducted lively discussions on topics including Asia M&A hotspots, challenges and opportunities for China's outbound M&A, M&A dispute resolution, and post-M&A integration.

During the forum, Lawyers Xu Tian and Liu Linna exchanged ideas with lawyers from around the world and professionals from banking, finance, and investment industries on the development and expansion of M&A business, while also gaining valuable experience for their future work.
