In January 2016, Attorney Jin was appointed by the Putuo District Joint Office as an invited attorney for the 2016 Putuo District Special Treatment of Accumulated Petition Cases.

Lawyer participation in petition work refers to lawyers being assigned by judicial administrative organs and hired by petition departments to provide legal consultation and legal opinions on law-related issues raised by petitioning masses, providing legal services for petition departments at all levels to handle people's letters and visits according to law.

Attorney Jin has served as an invited attorney for the Putuo District Special Treatment of Accumulated Petition Cases for three consecutive years. He stated that as a social legal worker, he will earnestly improve his awareness of the masses, service awareness, and overall situation awareness.
