Runyi Office 2014 National Day Trip

2014-10-16 · Admin

In October 2014, to allow colleagues who had been working hard for most of the year to relax and unwind, Runyi Office organized all staff to fly to Club Med on Ishigaki Island, Japan, to enjoy the leisurely pleasures of sunshine and sandy beaches at the beautiful Kabira Beach. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of waves, enjoyed various breakfasts at the restaurant, and started a perfect vacation mode. The enthusiastic G.O.s would proactively share their work experiences at Club Med and different cultural backgrounds with you. When you experience different recreational activities, they would patiently guide and considerately protect you. Those of us who lacked exercise usually shuttled through different sports activities every day. Archery: from constantly missing the target at first to hitting bullseyes at the end; Table Tennis: from only knowing how to serve amateurishly to winning the table tennis gold medal through teamwork. Canoeing: from wobbling left and right at the start to riding the waves later. Diving: from tasting the saltiness of seawater to admiring beautiful corals. Other activities like squash, tennis, sailing, and more all awakened our long-dormant enthusiasm for sports. At night, after enjoying the G.O.s' different themed performances each day and participating in the bar's party, we lay on the dark sandy beach with long-time friends, looked up to see the star-filled sky that seemed within reach, and with the refreshing sea breeze, settled our hearts after a joyful day, then everyone slept well.

Unconsciously, the 7-day holiday ended like this, and we who still wanted more immediately threw ourselves back into busy work, welcoming a new round of opportunities and challenges.
