Lawyers possess professional knowledge, use this knowledge to participate in petition work, resolve social conflicts, and solve practical problems, which has become an inevitable trend of social development.
Lawyers' participation in petition work refers to lawyers being assigned by judicial administrative organs and hired by petition departments to provide legal consultation and legal opinions on legal issues raised by petitioning citizens, providing legal services for petition departments at all levels to lawfully handle letters and visits from the people.
On March 7, 2014, Comrade Jin Bingyi from our firm was hired by the Putuo District Joint Office as a special lawyer for the special remediation work of accumulated cases in Putuo District petitions.
