Against this backdrop, lawyer representatives and committee members have gradually appeared at the Putuo District Two Sessions.

Lawyer Jin Bingyi, as a deputy to the Putuo District People's Congress and a member of the District Government's Legal Advisory Team, made two suggestions at the People's Congress: First, firmly seize the opportunity of the International Cross-Border Talent Center to enhance the functional agglomeration effect of the Changfeng Eco-Business District and turn Changfeng Eco-Business District into a new Hongqiao. Second, taking the amendment of the Administrative Litigation Law as an opportunity, promote administrative case trial work.
