On the afternoon of December 12, 2017, Lu Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, led a research group to the Putuo Lawyer Notary Office to carry out research work, and held a symposium on the theme of "Development Path for Boutique Specialized Small and Medium-sized Law Firms in the New Era". Representatives from several law firms in the city shared their experiences and insights on the boutique specialized development of law firms.

Jin Bingyi, Director of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, made an excellent speech at the meeting, stating that the boutique specialized development of small and medium-sized law firms in the new era cannot be achieved without strengthening cooperation among all small and medium-sized law firms in the city, and must establish a highly collaborative cooperation platform, especially forming synergy in high-precision and specialized legal fields, promoting the industry's own development, serving regional legal construction, and ensuring people's livelihood needs. Director Jin Bingyi's viewpoint received unanimous affirmation from the city leaders and other lawyer representatives present.
