On the morning of November 10, 2017, Putuo District Justice Bureau held a lawyers' work meeting, attended by more than 100 people including Jin Bingyi, Director Lawyer of Runyi Law Firm, leaders of all law firms in the district, and relevant colleagues from the District People's Congress, District Government, District Court, and District Procuratorate.

The new Putuo District Advisory Group consists of 26 members in total, including district committee and district government bureau-level leaders and district people's congress and district political consultative conference bureau-level leaders serving full-time, as well as advisory lawyers. At the meeting, Zhang Wenyao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Justice Bureau, presented honorary certificates to the advisory group members and summarized the development of the district's lawyering industry and the construction of the lawyer team.
