On the afternoon of September 23, 2016, the Shanghai Putuo District People's Government held the appointment ceremony for the District Government Legal Advisory Team. District Mayor Zhou Minhao presided over the appointment ceremony and delivered an important speech. The new District People's Government Legal Advisory Team consists of 9 members, including 1 legal expert and 8 full-time practicing lawyers.

Lawyer Jin Bingyi is a professional with rich legal practice experience and also a lawyer with a strong sense of social responsibility.
