On October 13, 2009, as the countdown to the World Expo entered 200 days, the Putuo District Legal Publicity Office, together with the District Construction and Transportation Commission, held the opening ceremony of the Putuo District "Welcoming the World Expo, Celebrating the National Foundation, Promoting Harmony" - "Top Ten Lawyers" Entering Government Agencies and Communities Legal Lecture Series Tour Activity at the District Construction System Party School.
Attorney Jin Bingyi was invited as the keynote speaker for the first lecture of this tour, explaining the "Property Law" to over 50 representative cadres from the construction system at the forefront of demolition and relocation, property management, and administrative law enforcement.
