To effectively enhance the legal awareness and legal knowledge of community correction recipients, and to strengthen their legal mindset of seeking legal recourse in daily matters, acting in accordance with the law, using the law to solve problems, and relying on the law to resolve conflicts, on February 17, under the organization of the Changfeng Street Judicial Office, Shanghai Runyi Law Firm conducted a centralized education session on security and stability maintenance during the Two Sessions, along with a special lecture on the Marriage Chapter of the Civil Code, for over 40 community correction recipients within the jurisdiction.

The lecture focused on topics such as the formation of marriage, divorce, and the marital property system. By interpreting the law through case studies and combining common issues in daily life, it provided a key analysis of difficult and hot issues in judicial practice, including the conditions for divorce by litigation, the cooling-off period for divorce, and the division of marital property. After the lecture, lawyers from Runyi Law Firm engaged in interactive exchanges with the community correction recipients present, providing detailed answers to relevant questions raised by the correction recipients on site.

Through the holding of this special lecture, the legal awareness of the correction recipients was enhanced, enabling them to further recognize the positive significance of accepting correctional education for themselves, their families, and society, and improving their law-abiding consciousness and sense of social responsibility.
