On the morning of September 27, 2020, the opening ceremony of the first Putuo Talent Festival, themed "Gathering Global Talents, Writing a New Chapter Together," was held at the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing. Relevant leaders from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, leaders of the Putuo District Committee and the District People's Congress Standing Committee, responsible persons of key enterprises, and representatives of various talents in the district attended the event.

During the ceremony, relevant leaders from the municipal and district levels launched the "Putuo Talent Festival," presented awards to the 2020 Putuo District Outstanding Talents and Leading Talents, issued certificates to Talent Ambassadors and Overseas Talent Workstations, and released 11 measures, including the "Several Measures of Putuo District to Implement the New Era Shanghai Talent-Led Development Strategy."

In this selection, Mr. Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, was awarded the title of Putuo District Leading Talent (19 recipients district-wide), and Attorney Wang Siqi was awarded the title of Putuo District Young Elite (49 recipients district-wide).

The two attorneys stated that receiving this honor not only affirms their past work but also requires them to continuously improve their professional competence in their future practice. As members of Putuo District's talent team, they are committed to making greater contributions to achieving a "double victory" in the district's epidemic prevention and control as well as economic and social development.
