Director Jin Bingyi of Runyi Law Firm Participated in Research on Optimizing the Business Environment, Administrative Litigation Response, and the Construction of a Law-Based Government

On May 11, 2020, Ouyang Ping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Putuo District People's Congress, led a delegation to the District Bureau of Justice to conduct research on optimizing the business environment, administrative response to litigation, and the construction of a law-based government. Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, participated in this research work together with members of the district leadership team in his capacity as a member of the Putuo District People's Congress Legal Affairs Committee.

During the research meeting, Comrade Ouyang Ping listened to the District Bureau of Justice's report on the work regarding optimizing the business environment, administrative response to litigation, and the construction of a law-based government. She affirmed the measures and achievements of the District Bureau of Justice and put forward requirements in three aspects: "judicial guarantees for optimizing the business environment, balancing precise services with strict management, promoting high-quality development, and actively exploring innovation."

Director Jin Bingyi of Runyi Law Firm offered suggestions and advice on how to leverage the functions of judicial administration in key regions, key industrial parks, and key industries to help small and medium-sized enterprises overcome difficulties. This research work also achieved successful results through discussions among all parties involved.
