On the afternoon of December 4, 2019, the Second Appointment Ceremony and Symposium for Legal Advisors to Leading Cadres of Party and Government Organs of Putuo District was held. Huang Qingwei, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Yang Yuanfei, Deputy District Mayor, attended the meeting and issued appointment letters to the members of the second cohort of legal advisors to leading cadres of the district's Party and government organs. Zhang Wenyao, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the District Bureau of Justice, also participated. The meeting was presided over by Wang Hangxing, Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Justice.

The meeting adopted the "Decision on the Appointment of Legal Advisors to Leading Cadres of Party and Government Organs of Putuo District, Shanghai (Second Cohort)." Attorney Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, was appointed as a member of the Legal Advisory Group for Leading Cadres of the Party and Government Organs of Putuo District.

Since 2017, Attorney Jin Bingyi, Managing Partner, has been consecutively appointed for two terms as a member of the Legal Advisory Group for Leading Cadres of Party and Government Organs. Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that this renewed appointment is both an affirmation of his work and a driving force for continuous improvement. In his future work, he will better leverage his professional legal services to contribute to the transformation and development of Putuo and play a more active role in advancing the rule of law in Putuo.
