On March 29, 2019, the first session of the Xuhui District Harmonious Labor Relations Certified Enterprise Series Salon, themed "Seminar on Difficult Cases of Labor Disputes," was held at the Citizen Lecture Hall of the Xuhui District Administrative Service Center. This event was hosted by the Shanghai Xuhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Shanghai Runyi Law Firm served as the organizer, acting as the third-party entity for the evaluation of harmonious labor relations in Xuhui District for the years 2017 and 2018.

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, was invited as a guest lecturer to analyze and discuss typical cases in labor and personnel matters. Following the seminar, an interactive Q&A session was held to address difficult issues encountered by enterprise representatives in their daily work, which received unanimous praise from the attendees.
