On the afternoon of March 19, 2019, the 2019 Regional Party Building Work Conference of Changfeng New Village Subdistrict and the Launch Ceremony of the "Changfeng Hui · Concentric Circle" — Party Building "Micro-Project" were officially held.

Officials in attendance included Zhou Yan, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Gu Xinyu, Deputy Head of the District Committee Organization Department and Secretary of the Social Work Committee; as well as the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Changfeng New Village Subdistrict.
