Director Jin Bingyi has long been engaged in international commercial legal practice, and his team has been recognized for several consecutive years as an outstanding corporate and commercial law firm in the eastern coastal region (Shanghai) of China.

On April 28, 2014, the Shanghai Putuo M&A Financial Cluster was officially established, becoming a key project for Putuo's development of the modern service industry. At the same time, Director Jin Bingyi, in his capacity as a deputy to the People's Congress, conducted a review and research on the supporting regulations and policies for the Putuo M&A Financial Cluster. Together with his team members, he devoted substantial time and effort to providing recommendations for the development of the M&A Financial Cluster. At the Seventh Session of the Fifteenth Putuo District People's Congress, Director Jin submitted to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress a "Research Report on Supporting Regulations and Policies for the Putuo M&A Financial Cluster," which garnered attention from the district government and relevant departments.

Director Jin Bingyi has long been appointed as a member of the district government's legal advisory team, actively participating in the resolution of disputes arising from petitions and addressing issues raised by petitioners. In recent years, through Director Jin's efforts, multiple long-standing petition cases have been successfully resolved. In addition to handling pro bono legal aid cases at the district legal aid center, he has also led colleagues from the firm to establish partnerships with three neighborhood committees, including the Haixin Neighborhood Committee of Changfeng Subdistrict, regularly providing legal consultation services to community residents. These efforts have been widely praised by community residents and have contributed to the harmonious development of society.
