On the afternoon of October 29, 2015, Mr. Yu Weifeng, President of the Shanghai Bar Association, Mr. Lü Yan, Vice President, Mr. Qian Dazhi, Director of the Merger and Acquisition Restructuring Research Committee, Mr. Lin Dongpin, Director of the Putuo District Lawyers Working Committee, and Mr. Pan Yu, Director of the Business Department, among others, visited the Putuo M&A Financial Cluster. They held discussions with Mr. Liu Guliang, Director of the Putuo District Bureau of Justice, Ms. Zhang Rong, Deputy Director, Mr. Fan Xiaohu, Deputy Director of the Changfeng Eco-Business District Management Committee Office, Mr. Ye Xianwen, Director of the Changfeng Eco-Business District M&A Financial Cluster Leading Group Office, and Mr. Jin Bingyi, Partner and Director of Runyi Law Firm, and Attorney Xu Tian at our firm, regarding the establishment of cooperation between the Shanghai Bar Association and the Changfeng Eco-Business District.

Director Jin Bingyi and Attorney Xu Tian led the visiting guests on a tour of our firm, introducing the development history, achievements, and future plans of Runyi Law Firm as a law firm specializing in international commercial matters. The leaders from the Shanghai Bar Association, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice, and the Changfeng Eco-Business District Management Committee Office convened a meeting at Runyi Law Firm's conference room to discuss tripartite cooperation. As the first law firm to establish a presence in the Changfeng Eco-Business District, our firm has grown alongside the cluster and witnessed the arduous journey of building the cluster into a market-oriented highland for M&A finance. We eagerly anticipate that, through this tripartite cooperation, the cluster will leverage high-quality legal resources to fully establish itself as a significant platform for international M&A transactions.
