On the afternoon of April 11, 2018, the Putuo District Bureau of Justice convened the 2018 Work Conference on Party Conduct and Integrity. More than 100 participants attended the meeting, including the Bureau's Party and administrative leadership as well as the heads of various primary-level Party organizations.

During the meeting, a signing ceremony was held for the 2018 accountability agreements on Party conduct and integrity, primary-level Party building, and ideological responsibility within the Bureau's system. Commendations were also awarded to the collectives and individuals who received honors as (Model) Advanced Collectives and Individuals in Shanghai's judicial administrative work for 2017. Among these, 64 honors were conferred at or above the municipal level for advanced collectives, and 57 honors for advanced individuals.

Attorney Jin Bingyi, Director of Runyi Law Firm, was honored with the title of Advanced Individual in Shanghai's Judicial Administrative Work. In his capacity as the Party Branch Secretary of Shanghai Runyi Law Firm, he signed the accountability agreements on Party conduct and integrity and primary-level Party building. Attorney Jin Bingyi stated that in future work, he will continuously enhance his performance capabilities as a deputy to the Putuo District People's Congress and as a legal advisor to the Putuo District Government and its Party and government organs, as well as improve the management level of the law firm's Party members. Under the new circumstances, he will continue to leverage his professional advantages in legal services to better contribute to the development of the regional judicial administrative undertaking.
