On the morning of May 30, Director Jin Bingyi of our firm attended the "I am a Red Scarf, I am Happy, I am Proud" 2016 Shanghai Children's Celebration of "June 1st" themed event held at Jing'an District No. 1 Central Primary School. The event was attended by Ying Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Honorary Principal of the Municipal Young Pioneers Team Leader School; Xue Chao, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Shi Guanghui, Vice Mayor; and Xu Yibo, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, along with other relevant leaders.

Ying Yong presented awards to the 2016 Shanghai "Top Ten Young Pioneers" and, on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government, and the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, extended festive greetings and best wishes to the children of the city. He emphasized that Party committees and governments at all levels in the city, as well as all sectors of society, should create a favorable environment and conditions for the growth and development of children. Subsequently, Xue Chao, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, led the members in taking the oath; Xu Yibo, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, presented red scarves to the representatives of the new members.

During the event, Director Jin Bingyi, as a member of the first National Top Ten Young Pioneers, led the new Young Pioneers in taking the oath of admission. The representatives of the new members expressed their sentiments of "I join the team, I am happy, I am proud" and received the "Young Pioneer Certificate" issued by Vice Mayor Shi Guanghui.
