Run Yi Law Firm’s 2015 Mid-Autumn Festival Outing Activity
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2015, to reward the employees who had worked diligently at the law firm, the firm organized a trip to Taiwan (the "Treasure Island") for its staff. The itinerary followed the route from Kenting and Kaohsiung, through Taichung and Chiayi, and onward to Taipei. At Eluanbi Park in Kenting, we gazed upon the azure sky and blue sea, where the Pacific Ocean unfolded in layers of blue, with white waves crashing unrestrainedly against the shore. We visited Chihkan Tower, Anping Fort, and the British Consulate at Takao in Kaohsiung, experiencing the local customs and history of Taiwan's colonial period. In Taichung and Chiayi, amid typhoon weather, we felt the misty rain at the foot of Alishan. After the typhoon passed, we admired the emerald mists rising over Sun Moon Lake. At our final stop, Taipei, we visited our partner, Eiger Foreign Legal Affairs Law Office, the Taipei National Palace Museum, and Jiufen Old Street. Each evening, we strolled through various night markets across Taiwan, savoring local specialty cuisines.
To alleviate the usual work-related stress, Run Yi Law Firm organizes an annual staff outing. Such group trips not only allow employees to relax their weary minds and bodies but also enhance team cohesion, having become an integral part of the firm's corporate culture. This six-day trip to Taiwan was filled with joy and laughter, recharging each employee's energy and enabling them to devote themselves to the more intense and busy work ahead.
