At 7:00 p.m. on February 13, 2015, Shanghai Runyi Law Firm successfully held its annual meeting at Suzhou Hui Restaurant, which was attended by all partners and staff of the Firm. The meeting was presided over by attorney Liu Xiaoyu.

During the meeting, Director Attorney Jin Bingyi reviewed the professional legal services provided by the Firm to its clients in the 2014 fiscal year and expressed gratitude to all staff for their efforts. Partner Attorney Xu Tian reviewed the awards received by the Firm and the major events in which it participated during 2014. With respect to the work in 2015, Director Jin Bingyi offered three suggestions: first, to further enhance the professional competence of the Firm; second, to strengthen the training of junior attorneys; and third, to expand the scope of legal services, such as trademark agency services.

Cai Yue, on behalf of the administrative department, presented a summary of the administrative and logistical work for the 2014 fiscal year and offered suggestions and recommendations for areas requiring improvement.

Immediately thereafter, a vote was conducted to elect outstanding employees, and the awards were presented by the three partners, Attorney Jin Bingyi, Attorney Xu Tian, and Attorney Lin Baochun.

Following the meeting, all staff members held a social gathering, jointly expressing their wishes for Runyi Law Firm to achieve even greater success in the new year.
